About the Role:
As a Commercial Inside Sales Executive, you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the Cork office, 3 days working from home).
You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering excellent customer relationships, and contributing to innovative energy solutions for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries.
Utilise pricing tools to optimise sales margins.
Understand customers' business needs and decision-making processes to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct credit assessments for both new and existing customers.
Manage customer orders, resolve queries promptly, and handle account balances effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and resolve payment disputes.
Analyse sales metrics to refine strategies and enhance performance.
Keep customer relationship management (CRM) systems up to date with accurate information.
Identify, educate, and engage potential customers while exploring new business opportunities.
Support the development of business cases and pricing strategies for new products.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrable experience in B2B office-based sales is essential.
A proven ability to balance account management responsibilities with a proactive approach to securing new business.
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Must be based in Cork.
