Key Responsibilities
* Manage a cross-functional project suite team, overseeing the scope and change control process while escalating issues as necessary.
* Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
* Partner with EPCM and other disciplines to plan and execute scope, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
* Provide regular status reports to the Core team and Project Management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
* Ensure all work is managed in accordance with established procedures and best practices, with technical leads providing guidance and oversight.
* Lead cost, risk, change management, and schedule efforts for the suite team in collaboration with EPCM and partners.
Experience Required:
* Prior experience managing sub-project teams on design, installation, and commissioning is essential.
* A strong understanding of scope, cost, and schedule management is crucial for success in this role.
* Familiarity with risk and change management principles is also required.
* Electrical & I&C experience is necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
