PE Global is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join an employer of choice in Nass, Co. Kildare. This role requires an immediate start so ideally you will be immediately available or have a short notice period.
This ideal candidate will have strong experience in Sage and will have a solid background in financial administration. The role involves processing invoices, payroll and resident billing while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and ensure timely payments.
2. Resident Billing: Prepare and issue invoices for residents' care fees, liaise with families and funding bodies regarding payments.
3. Bank Reconciliations: Maintain accurate bank records and perform regular reconciliations.
4. Payroll Processing: Manage staff wages, deductions, and payroll queries.
5. Budget & Cash Flow Management: Assist in monitoring budgets and managing cash flow.
6. Compliance & Audit: Ensure financial transactions comply with regulations and assist with audits.
7. General Administration: Maintain accurate records, support the finance team, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account’s role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
2. A qualification in Accounting & Finance is preferable.
3. Sage Accounting experience is essential.
4. You will have strong IT and Excel skills.
5. You will have excellent communication skills.
