Job Title: Project Engineering – Project Lead (Infrastructure Upgrades)
About the Opportunity
The Project Lead will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver projects on time and within regulatory compliance. This role requires significant experience in high-regulated environments, ideally within pharmaceutical production where safety is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform procurement, equipment acceptance, and regularly report project status.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for successful project deployment.
* Maintain strong communication skills to convey project goals and progress.
* Support project participants in overcoming obstacles when needed.
* Manage performance metrics related to budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
* Familiarity with automation and systems projects is advantageous.
