What is the Role:
The Retail Wealth team is a key pillar within AIB’s Retail Bank, focused on delivering financial security solutions for our customers. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape how we engage with customers and frontline teams. Reporting to a senior leader in the Life team you will play a crucial role in developing support material, improving customer outcomes and driving engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise the impact of our Wealth offering.
Key accountabilities:
* Develop Frontline Support Materials – Create training and engagement resources that empower branch and business centre staff to have meaningful conversations with customers.
* Enhance Customer Outcomes – Utilise data insights to design initiatives that improve customer engagement and financial confidence.
* Showcase Success Stories – Work with internal teams to highlight best practices and demonstrate the impact of our Wealth proposition.
* Drive Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with internal teams, including Consumer, Homes, SME, Sales & Digital Enablement and Propositions to align and amplify our Wealth strategies.
* Engage with External Partners – Work closely with AIB life to strengthen our Wealth proposition and ensure it remains compelling and accessible to customers.
What You Will Bring:
* Proven experience in developing and delivering support materials for internal teams and customer engagement initiatives
* Minimum 1 years’ experience collaborating internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence across teams.
* Strategic mindset with experience in translating data insights into impactful customer engagement initiatives.
* Awareness of our Wealth ambition to support our customer to plan for a sustainable financial future.
