Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Technician to play a pivotal role in the operation of our business and associated companies.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, but applicants for a part-time position will be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate books of accounts, including completing bank reconciliations.
* Track incoming payments.
* Handle invoicing and allocate weekly traded income and lodgements.
* Reconcile programme expenditure and prepare monthly financial reports.
* Maintain appropriate and accessible records, including personnel files.
* Create high-level reports for management.
* Assist in processing wages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Perform other duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role.
* Previous experience in a similar role in an Irish SME or working in a practice with SME clients.
* Knowledge of Xero accounting software is required.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* IATI or similar qualification is required but not essential.
