Permanent HRIS Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Permanent HRIS Analyst to join our team at {company} in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of HR Information Systems, completing monthly audits and analysis of the systems.
* Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine resolution with support from our vendor.
* Run and circulate monthly reports to the business from Peopledoc and Success Factors where required.
* Compile monthly HR KPIs for Executive team.
* Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes as needed.
* Administer Annual Pay and Performance review processes.
* Contribute to the People Services team, displaying a strong ability to problem solve and train/coach team members on a variety of associated lifecycle data management transactions and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Human Resources / Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience working with Success Factors HRIS.
* Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills.
