The Person

The successful candidate will support the driver in providing an efficient home delivery service and will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery to customers' homes. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with a flexible approach, to ensure that customers' expectations are met and surpassed. The position is based in Galway but serves adjoining counties as well. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
Deliveries will be 2 days per week/Working in outlet store 3 days per week:
1. Deliver a fantastic customer experience at all times
2. Review orders prior to delivery
3. Unload goods as per client specifications
4. Assemble furniture in our customers' homes
5. Remove furniture where necessary and pre-arranged
6. Accept transfers
7. Wrap goods
8. Disassemble goods
9. Reassemble goods
10. Maintain the outlet store cleanliness
11. Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics and Customer Service teams
12. Maintain personal appearance by following EZ Living's dress code - must wear uniform
Skills And Qualifications
1. Must have a good knowledge of city and county road networks and a familiarity with area within the province
2. 1 year Home Delivery experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
