We are seeking a Senior Commercial Administration Coordinator to play a vital role in our mission to build future-proof networks that empower our clients, businesses and communities alike. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders within our Irish and UK Projects and Operations teams, as well as key clients and supply partners.
* Maintain commercial database including downloading PowerBi Revenue and Cost reports and issuing in the required format to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
* Provide operational support to the Management Teams, Commercial Team and Finance Department.
* Submit Deviation from Estimates (DFEs) on both AFS and MIS, including explanations for clients.
* Track POs received and report on expenditure versus PO balance including requesting new or PO uplift from Client Procurement Teams.
* Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including supplier payments, through Proformas and Client invoicing, through our Application for Payment (AFP) process.
* Maintain records from site and desktop using surveying tools e.g. ArcGIS, including reconciling Cost and Value on a monthly basis.
* Effectively manage and report WIP and complete analysis for issued to Senior Management and Finance Team.
* Be key stakeholder in continuously monitoring the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats of each commercial function within the delivery of agreed Milestones including assisting with maintaining the Project Risk Register and tracking projected Revenue versus Actual on a monthly basis.
* Maintain 'live' contract database for Clients and Supply Chain including preparing drafts and updating Contracts Registers.
Skills Required
* Experience in a commercial, financial analysis, procurement or a related role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience of ArcGIS or similar cloud-based mapping platform.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
* Aware of the need for effective cash management and the importance of complying with internal and external timelines to ensure effective and efficient payment cycle compliance.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables.
* Ability to work as a team member across multiple departments and functions.
