This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and hugely successful privately owned B2B Software company. The new CPO has an opportunity to partner with the business to design and develop an HR Strategic infrastructure that will support the business.
This new role will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and business partnering to a growing technology organisation, while also driving and overseeing excellence in operational HR policy, processes, and service delivery.
As Chief People Officer, your mission is to cultivate a high-performance culture, develop exceptional leadership, and ensure a world-class employee experience. You will work closely with the executive team to align talent strategy with business growth.
Role
1. Senior HR Business Partnering – work collaboratively and partner with the business to provide strategic HR support and expertise to both managers and employees. Be an active change agent, focusing on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures, providing direct support and coaching to all levels.
2. Culture, Engagement; Communications – nurture and develop a culture to ensure the organization is a great place to work and that supports the delivery of high-performance business results. Ensure regular feedback and measurement is evaluated.
3. Organisation Design & Development – ensure appropriate team structures are in place as the business continues to grow to effectively deliver its strategy.
4. Talent Retention – promote a culture of continuous learning & development; develop appropriate reward and recognition strategies and compensation & benefits solutions. Create and implement technical and non-technical training and development.
5. HR Processes & Compliance – develop appropriate HR processes and systems and ensure alignment where appropriate across all locations.
6. HR Team Management – ensure appropriate HR resourcing is in place to deliver HR activities to the business, managing a small HR Team of 2.
About You:
Mandatory
* Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
* The role could be ideal for an ambitious HRD moving up to the next level. The role is hands-on managing a small team of 2.
* Recent 2 years+ at HR Director/Senior HRBP, or CPO level within a growing technology environment.
* At this stage, only candidates from the technology sector will be shortlisted due to the company's specific requirements.
* Visa: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position; you would need to be living in or close to Dublin to qualify and be able to visit the office.
* You will have proven capability of partnering with senior leaders and building strong and effective working relationships at the Senior Leadership Level where you will be a key player. You will be resilient and persuasive and able to hold your ground and influence others.
Bonus
* Candidates with a background in working for a business that has scaled to an event (M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity or IPO).
* Recent experience within SaaS or AI.
* Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources.
