Key Responsibilities: Manage collections on overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements directly with customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulations.
What You'll Need: APA certification desirable but not essential At least 3 years' experience in credit control/collections.
Proven negotiation and communication skills with a strong phone manner.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
