A leading international financial services company is looking to hire a Corporate Credit Manager for its Credit team.
The role involves a mix of credit analysis, customer due diligence and approving transactions with large corporates.
The hire will join at an exciting time, with the company in significant growth mode.
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in a central Dublin office.
Key responsibilities include: Provide the oversight of a portfolio of accounts to ensure they are managed within the companys risk tolerance.
Prepare detailed written analysis of current and prospective commercial customer credit requests in a timely manner, concisely identifying relevant credit risks and mitigating factors Apply expert judgment in decisioning deals at delegated approval authorities and/or recommend appropriate deal structures for Senior Management and/or Board-level reviews and approvals.
Execute ongoing monitoring of assigned portfolio of accounts, completing annual renewals ahead of expirations and identifying potential problem accounts for enhanced monitoring.
Consult regularly with internal clients and external customers as necessary in completing credit-related requests, including underwriting, contract documentation and obtaining necessary deal structure requirements when applicable.
Key requirements include: Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting business.
With preferred post graduate qualifications (CFA, CMA, MBA etc.)
7+ years of Commercial underwriting or lending experience in commercial banking, commercial lending/leasing or financial services industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills: Corporate Credit Manager
