Frazer Jones services have been selected to secure talent for a Senior HR Business Partner role based in Dublin city. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual. Within this role, you will support the team at the Dublin location of a leading global organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the leadership team at a major manufacturing facility, driving growth and performance through the delivery of a Global HR Strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and releasing the potential of talent, leaders, and their teams.
This is a standalone role with significant support from the HR COE’s. This role supports a large, diverse employee population encompassing both operational and administrative workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with functional leadership teams to build and deliver ambitious and innovative talent plans.
* Utilize data and analytics to create impactful and innovative performance solutions.
* Drive an inclusion and diversity agenda across all HR levers.
* Support the development of successful teams and coach line managers to foster a high-performance culture.
* Instil a continuous learning culture throughout the organization.
* Enable ongoing culture transformation, supporting leaders to embrace agility and speed.
* Manage all ER and IR issues at the location.
* Collaborate across the operating model to deliver aligned plans that bring value through speed, agility, and innovation.
Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in strategic development around senior leadership interactions.
* Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate a global matrixed organization.
* Strong resilience and innovation skills.
* Experience in employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR).
* Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across various partners at all levels.
* Strong change and project management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
* Deep understanding of organizational design principles.
* Experience working in a unionized environment is highly desirable.
* Previous industry experience in Manufacturing/FMCG/Logistics/Retail - essential.
This company operates a hybrid working model with 4 days per week required on site, 1-day wfh.
