Ideally, the successful candidate will: Have previous experience in 4/5-Star hotels, within C&B function. Have some previous experience of managing cash, stock control and cellars. Have excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards. Have experience of working in busy, large-scale functions bars. Assist with ensuring all C&B set-ups are correct and ready for service, to clients requests. Assist with ensuring the smooth daily running of the department in terms of cash control, service, staffing levels, effective communications, standards and cleanliness Ensure all standards are achieved and checklists for team members are completed.
