Key responsibilities include Responsible for the overall daily running of the operation to high four star standards whilst on duty management shift which includes late and early shifts. Ensuring control, procedures and systems are improved and maintained throughout the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis. Motivate and coach the team to ensure high four star standards are maintained and support them when needed. Correspond and communicatewith guests showinga high levelof competence in letter / email writing.
