Your Key Tasks Will Include:
* Delivering outstanding customer service by focusing on personalized solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
* Recognizing vulnerable customers and adjusting your approach to provide the necessary additional support.
* Managing escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, ensuring accurate logging of each interaction.
* Addressing a diverse range of inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with familiarity in using social media platforms.
* Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
* Proficiency in simultaneously using various computer applications and software.
* An attentive listener who can empathize with and adapt to different customer needs.
* A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of customer issues and ensures their resolution.
* A positive and enthusiastic person who aligns with our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time.
* While working at home, you will need a quiet, private, and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
