We are looking for a full-stack Digital Marketing Executive to manage client accounts and drive our Agency Partner Program. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a range of digital marketing initiatives, from social media and content creation to CRM automation and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
* Monitor and report on account performance, proposing creative solutions to meet or exceed marketing goals.
Agency Partner Program
* Support and grow our Agency Partner network, facilitating communications and providing ongoing marketing guidance.
* Create training materials and resources, including webinars and video tutorials, to help partners effectively use our product or services.
Digital Marketing Execution
* Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g. social media, email marketing, paid ads).
* Analyse campaign performance metrics, extracting insights to refine future strategies and boost ROI.
Content Creation & Video Production
* Produce engaging digital content—including video content—for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and client education.
* Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm creative ideas for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
CRM & Automation
* Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.
* Maintain data accuracy and develop segmentation strategies for targeted, personalised marketing activities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Work cross-functionally with sales, product teams, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
* Contribute to strategy discussions by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback.
Experience & Skills
* Proven track record in digital marketing roles, with experience in account management or client-facing positions.
* Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and CRM platforms.
* Proficiency in video creation/editing software and familiarity with social media video formats (e.g. TikTok, YouTube).
* Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in UK English.
* Highly organised with strong project-management capabilities.
