Part-time Sales Support Agent
The role involves working under the Office Manager and includes the full cycle of the order management process, from client booking to delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the order management process, including client interaction at the booking stage.
* Follow up on delivery and liaise with suppliers.
* Take briefs over the phone and gather information on artwork requirements.
* Check lead times and ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Handle customer service inquiries and order entry.
* Coordinate with delivery companies and manage incoming deliveries.
* Liaise with clients regarding their orders.
Requirements:
* Must be a self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
* Previous experience in a busy order entry role is beneficial.
Compensation: €17 per hour
