This 100% Irish owned company is looking for a customer service representative to act as the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of insurance-related queries including policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in customer service, policy administration, and customer retention.
Applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience in personal lines and hold an APA qualification.
