ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to oversee and manage sustainability reporting across our operations in Ireland, the UK, Slovenia, and Croatia.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with evolving sustainability regulations, driving transparent reporting, and supporting our companys environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments.
The successful candidate will be based in Ireland and will collaborate closely with regional teams to deliver high-quality sustainability disclosures.
This role is based in our Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin.
Responsibilities will include:
Sustainability Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation of sustainability reports in line with EU, UK, and international reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB).
Ensure compliance with ESG disclosure regulations across all assigned regions.
Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to collect and verify sustainability data.
Data Management & Analysis:
Develop and implement systems for tracking ESG data across multiple locations.
Analyse sustainability performance metrics and identify trends to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership, finance, and operations, to align on sustainability goals.
Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and industry groups, on reporting requirements.
Develop clear and engaging sustainability narratives for both internal and external reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
Monitor emerging sustainability reporting trends and regulatory changes in the EU, UK, and beyond.
Support the integration of sustainability considerations into business strategy and risk management.
Recommend improvements to sustainability initiatives based on reporting insights.
Your knowledge, skills and experience will include: Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG compliance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI, TCFD, ISSB).
Experience managing sustainability data and working with reporting software/tools.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects across different regions and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Knowledge of sustainability regulations in Ireland, UK, Slovenia, and Croatia is an advantage.
Full clean driving licence.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent contract with a 6 month probationary period.
The successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
