Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with dairy farmers, assessing their needs, and providing tailored product solutions.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls to farmers, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
* Contribute to achieving annual sales targets within a collaborative team environment.
* Support colleagues in coordinating and processing customer orders.

Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with farmers in a commercial agricultural setting.
* Demonstrated expertise in dairy farming systems and practices.
* 3rd level qualification in Agricultural Science (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of dairy farming operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective farmer interaction.
* Proactive and results-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude.
