As a Customer Services Advisor, it will be your responsibility to:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
3. Assist customers with order processing, including returns and exchanges.
4. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
6. Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
8. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
9. Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
10. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
11. Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality service.
Minimum Requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
* Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and chat systems.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in chemical storage and distribution is considered a plus.
