The main responsibilities of this role are to devise and implement a successful sales and marketing strategy using all forms of digital marketing to showcase and promote the hotel, its offerings, and facilities. You will also be responsible for the overall management of any functions and weddings, overseeing all aspects and liaising with customers and guests from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role within the hospitality sector is essential for this role.
2. Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification considered an advantage.
3. Experience with implementing sales and marketing strategy for a busy hotel, improving and generating sales and revenue for the business.
4. Experience in wedding coordinating, managing weddings, functions, and conferences, attending trade shows and fairs showcasing the hotel and its facilities.
5. Well-presented, professional attitude with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; flexible with working hours.
6. Computer literate with vast experience in digital marketing and social media is essential for this role.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. Competitive salary of between €35,000 – €40,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
