Legal Personal Assistant (PA) -2 Associate and 1 Partner Position Type:Permanent Full-Time Location:Dublin City Centre, D2 Ireland Salary Range:€45,000 - €50,000 Work Arrangement:Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 from home Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Personal Assistant (PA) to join a team of professionals.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting two senior associates with legal document requirements and a partner with travel needs.
Duties /Responsibilities: Providing legal document support:Assisting two senior associates with the preparation, editing, and production of legal documents.
Travel and accommodation management:Organizing travel itineraries and accommodation for the partner and other team members.
Invoicing ownership:Taking responsibility for monthly invoicing processes, ensuring all compliance with client requirements is met.
Client liaison:Handling client queries related to invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.
Onboarding assistance:Supporting the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
Email and diary management:Proactively monitoring and managing diaries and emails, taking necessary actions when required.
Business development support:Assisting with internal and external committee coordination and other business development tasks.
Expense management:Preparing and managing expense reports for designated team members.
Accurate documentation:Producing high-quality and precise emails, reports, and other documents as needed.
Skills and Attributes: A minimum of 5 yearsof proven experience as a Legal PA, supporting senior professionals in a legal or professional services setting.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to produce precise and high-standard work.
Post-leaving certificate qualification (e.g., diploma or certificate in secretarial studies) preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered.
Strong integrity and discretion, with the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
