Role Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Stock Control Data System Data Entry/Administration Clerk at our Clara facility. This role offers the stability of weekday hours with the added benefit of paid overtime, making it an excellent choice for someone seeking a well-rounded position within a team environment.
In this busy and dynamic environment, you will ensure that Stock Transactions are maintained, deliveries are accurate on a timely basis meeting company targets while ensuring data is managed correctly. This position is ideal for a meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately and promptly manage all stock control transactions, including goods in/out processing, works order issues, warehouse transfers, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and finished goods receipts/transfers.
2. Generation of all weekly/monthly KPI data for the Commercial Director.
3. Reporting on KPI anomalies.
4. Processing of 3-way match invoice processing and liaising with Accounts Payment to close out month-end queries.
5. Support to purchasing team if required to provide coverage.
6. Control of consumable order generation.
7. Assist in stock takes and inventory checks as scheduled.
8. Generation of Stock System Reports as required.
9. Generation of Picking Lists for lines.
10. Complete and submit customs documentation for inter-site shipments and finished vehicles.
Experience and Skills:
1. Prior experience using stock control systems such as SAP, or similar ERP/MRP/ Stock Control systems is desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
3. Strong IT skills and experience with MS Office suite particularly Excel, Teams, OneNote is required.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Prior warehouse experience and/or understanding of parts classification (FMCG, valuation, slow moving) is desirable.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Salary & Benefits:
