Trade Counter Sales - Builders Merchant
Galway - Oranmore, Salary €30,000 - €35,000 + Bonus, Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus 1 Saturday morning every 3-4 weeks.
About the Role:
* Serve and assist customers at the trade counter, providing excellent product advice and service.
* Develop strong relationships with trade and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
* Manage orders, stock inquiries, and quotations in a timely and professional manner.
* Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a well-organised trade counter and showroom, ensuring stock is well presented.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in the construction, builders merchant, trade sales, or retail sector.
* A strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Willingness to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 1 Saturday morning every 3-4 weeks.
