About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Social Care Team Leaders to join our team in Meath. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and a commitment to working for an employer who values their staff and prioritizes the needs of service users.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care, Healthcare or related role with children, young people or adults;
* A minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies, or other relevant qualification.
Additional Qualifications:
Candidates with qualifications in Psychology (Level 8), Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences/Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing may also be considered.
Requirements:
Candidates must also have:
* A full clean manual driver's license;
* An ability to work flexible hours.
