About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Clerical Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to the healthcare trust.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy office environment with tasks including:
* Dealing with queries requiring immediate action
* Call handling
* Data input
* Organising meetings
* Taking minutes
* Maintaining a filing system
* General office duties
This role requires a minimum of 12 months clerical/administrative experience, with knowledge of healthcare/medical/public sector highly desirable. The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team and independently, possessing excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support to Management
* Filing
* Photocopying
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries
Clerical Support
* All aspects of clerical support to ensure efficient services
Diary Management
* Handling of patient records, maintaining confidentiality where necessary
Administration
* Arranging and facilitating appointments/meetings
* Minute taking
* Patient records & data entry
Other Duties
* Call handling
* Reception cover when needed
* Ordering of stationery and office supplies
