Job Responsibilities
* Identify and troubleshoot data trends in a timely manner.
* Address client queries from Operations Client Services and external parties.
* Develop strong relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.
* Drive process improvement by identifying changes that advance quality and efficiency.
* Ensure root causes of issues are identified and preventative measures are created to avoid future risks.
* Work closely with Manager on projects and technical issues outside day-to-day activities.
* Engage with production teams on challenges and suggested improvements to process/timing.
Qualifications/Skills
* A college degree with coursework related to data analytics or similar.
* Work experience demonstrating knowledge, team player skills, flexibility, and retail environment experience.
* Comfortable working against tight deadlines and unexpected challenges.
* Naturally rigorous and organized, with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Enthusiastic about learning technical processes and possessing strong communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced skills advantageous.
* Self-directed with strong ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
* Anticipate issues and take action immediately.
* Strong communication skills to comprehend and articulate issues.
* Ambitious to perform well and assist others to improve performance.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Limited occasions may require flexible hours due to unexpected challenges.
