Customer Service Representative Role
As a customer service representative, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients' customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers via phone and email to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns.
* Listen actively to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
* Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Empathy and the ability to understand and address customers' needs and concerns.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
* A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
