We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our client's kitchen team in Co. Wexford .

Key Responsibilities: Take charge of your designated section and ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet high standards Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver a smooth and efficient service Uphold hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal offerings Support and mentor junior kitchen staff and help maintain a positive team spirit Manage stock for your section and reduce food waste wherever possible Ensure consistency, quality, and speed of service during busy periods Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef looking to progress A genuine passion for food and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen health & safety regulations Location: Co.
