Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Cork, Ireland.
As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening service (Monday to Friday), ensuring high-quality dish preparation, and maintaining excellent standards of food safety and hygiene.
Manage and operate the locations evening service Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently and efficiently Collaborate with the location team to ensure smooth operations and timely service Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in your section Manage food inventory, including quality checks and minimizing waste Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of kitchen equipment Adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively during busy periods Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (food safety certification preferred) Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Proficiency in knife skills and food presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that's an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
