€35,000, 21% + commission Main Purpose of Job: Compliant selling of business insurance to commercial clients comprising of a monthly book of renewals and new business, where relevant. Ensuring the product offered is based on a thorough and fair review of Keystones available market and best suits the needs (and wants) of the client.

Own renewal and new business clients, and, where required, supporting the work of the commercial team Main Tasks of Job: 1)Acting as a Broker on behalf of relevant Keystone clients and perspective clients. 2)Retention of current commercial clients when their renewal insurance is due. 3)On occasion, converting inbound & outbound insurance leads into clients. 4)Working towards targets and key performance indicators, as agreed with management. 5)Effectively managing your own time, requesting support when required. 6)Working as a member of a team to help develop other staff and progress the company, as a whole. 7)Providing excellent customer service, including but not limited to, de-escalating complaints/customer issues and building long-term relationships with clients. 8)Working with others including colleagues and insurers to develop long-term relationships. 9)Administrative duties associated with the role. 10)Engaging with clients, predominantly through phone and email. 11)Addressing problems identified and putting corrective measures in place. 12) Ensuring your working environment is safe and appropriate for the role.
