Overview:
As a Consultant at ADvendio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation and optimization of ADvendio solutions for clients. This role involves working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that solutions align with their advertising operations and business objectives.
The Consultant plays an essential role in both technical execution and client engagement within the project team, with a focus on delivering high-quality configuration and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and assist in implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordination of internal resources.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients during specific project phases. Communicate timeline of deliverables and progress to stakeholders.
* Analyze, design and configure ADvendio solutions to meet client-specific requirements using ADvendio’s software suite.
* Prepare client-facing documentation for clients and deliver training sessions.
* Review deliverables to ensure they meet Advendio’s standards.
* Work closely with consulting and technical teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Support, to align client needs with company offerings.
* Assess client-specific requirements and align ADvendio configurations to meet those needs.
* Identify and troubleshoot configuration issues that arise during project implementation, collaborating with the technical team for resolutions.
Requirements:
* Advanced English level (written and spoken)
* University degree (preferably in business informatics, computer science, or a related field)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and consulting for software solutions, preferably in product support, customer support or technical account management.
* Experience in the media or advertising industry and system integrations
* Familiarity with CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and SaaS processes.
* Understanding of Business Analyst tasks and complex business processes.
* Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
* Structured and solution-oriented approach to complex issues.
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Salesforce Consultant certification is advantageous.
* Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
