We are looking to recruit a Network Solutions Sales Specialist for our Network Solutions team. The role will work closely with the sales and engineering network teams in a supportive capacity, owning the forecast for network solutions for Ireland.
What you’ll be doing as our Network Solutions Sales Specialist:
* Work with the Sales and Services Team to drive sales, develop new customers, and increase account penetration into the existing customer base through the ONNEC portfolio.
* Work directly with clients at a variety of levels, as well as internal subject matter experts.
* Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
* Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets, while scoping and documenting tailored solutions to meet each customer’s requirements.
* Articulate our value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process.
* Deliver written proposals.
* Present to clients, highlighting our value proposition and business benefit.
* Be involved in technical and commercial proposals highlighting business benefit derived from technical advantage.
* Quickly pick up knowledge of new technologies and communicate technical details to clients in an absorbable fashion.
* Attend education and training programs for ONNEC products and solutions.
* Build business relationships within key partners and develop/maintain relationships with strategic vendors included within ONNEC’s core portfolio.
* Provide our customers with a point of ownership and accountability.
* Use CRM as a single source for pipeline management.
What we’re looking for in our Network Solutions Sales Specialist:
* Demonstrable knowledge across our strategic vendors portfolio.
* Comfortable working at ‘C’ level and Director Level customer.
* Fully conversant with the competitive marketplace.
* Excellent communication reporting skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, striving for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Self-starter who is self-motivated and highly resourceful.
* Good grasp of technology and innovation in the workplace.
* Articulate, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
* Proven capability in delivering high-quality customer presentations.
* Well-developed commercial and financial understanding, P&L understanding, and risk management skills.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-work-stream opportunities and a solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.
