Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Business Partnership
o Collaborate with specific business functions/levels to deliver their people agenda, providing guidance and coaching to managers/supervisors while ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, best practices, and employment legislation.
* Culture Stewardship
o Support the development of the company's culture, fostering a 'One PCI' approach that promotes unity and shared values.
* Employee Engagement
o Facilitate employee engagement experiences for new and existing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* HR Support
o Provide support and guidance to employees on terms and conditions of employment, HR policy, and practice.
* Employee Relations
o Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and attendance at disciplinary hearings.
* Absence Management
o Lead the site's absence management, recording and managing absence data, providing reports, supporting managers with team absence levels, organizing and participating in absence meetings, and case management.
* Talent Acquisition
o Partner with managers to attract and onboard top talent, delivering successful recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
* Training and Development
o Support delivery of the annual training plan, working with managers to understand key requirements and managing/reporting on internal training compliance.
* ERP System Maintenance
o Maintain ERP systems to provide accurate and up-to-date information, responding to Management Information requests while ensuring data protection compliance.
