Role:
A French-speaking Technical Support Representative is required to assist our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone in the primary language of French, with occasional interactions in English.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
* Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide effective solutions.
* Escalate complex technical issues to relevant team members for resolution.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in both French and English.
