As a crucial member of our growing team in Ireland you will be responsible for working with Alter Domus clients with responsibility for the onboarding and governance process undertaken by the CLM team.
Specifically, you will be accountable for:
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate Officers on the team which will act as the day to day point of contact for the client during the onboarding process.Maintain and develop client relationships, from the time of onboarding to launch of fund structure, acting in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.Ensure effective coordination of various tasks involved at entity set up phase, which will involve liaising with other 3rd party service providers across fund services and multiple internal teams.Oversight of various onboarding functions, including the review of client information & due diligence/KYC documents gathered for submission for compliance approval.Forming collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness ensuring client queries are dealt with promptly and appropriately.Identify areas for process improvement & provide training and support to the team, where required.Accountability for the onboarding process from outset through to launch of fund structure.Ensure internal policies & procedures are consistently reviewed and adhered to.PROFILE You want to pursue a career in the Alternative Investment Funds Industry and have 2-3 years' experience working in the funds industry with Business Administration & Corporate Secretarial experience considered an advantage;You have a self-starter mentality, ability to drive operational effectiveness and create solutions by thinking 'outside of the box';You have a strong analytical mindset, with an ability to think critically and prioritize competing demands under time pressure;You can effectively motivate others, conveying your expectations while leading by example;You easily build rapport and establish effective working relationships internally & externally with people across a range of different roles and levels of seniority;You show initiative, are adaptable to change and quickly align your priorities with client's varying requirements and/or timelines;You are an excellent communicator, able to express yourself clearly and concisely in a friendly & professional manner; coupled with strategic and creative problem-solving skills;You have high level of attention to detail coupled with superior organisational skills and take pride in delivering high quality work;You ensure required KPI standards are maintained.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Prior experience is preferred in areas such as contract negotiations, legal entity formation requirements across various jurisdictions including Limited Partnerships.Exposure to and a strong understanding of Compliance, AML & KYC, Regulatory frameworks across the EU.Familiarity with the key concepts of the AIFM Directive would be of benefit to the candidate.You have high level of attention to detail and take pride in delivering high quality work.WHAT WE OFFER: We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
