Find.co is seeking a results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead revenue-generating partnerships and expand our performance marketing ecosystem. This role will be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic partnerships, driving revenue through affiliate and content-driven collaborations with media sites, influencers, podcasts, and other content creators.In addition to owning partner strategy, outreach, and relationship management, this person will oversee the development of self-serve platforms and products—working as the project manager to ensure these initiatives are successfully executed. The ideal candidate is a strong external-facing leader with deep knowledge of the content creator and affiliate marketing ecosystems.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Partnership Strategy:Develop and execute Find.co’s partnership strategy to drive measurable revenue growthOwn key performance metrics, including partner conversions, engagement, and revenue impactIdentify and cultivate high-value partnerships with content creators, publishers, influencers, and media platformsDevelop and oversee scalable, self-serve solutions that allow partners to onboard and monetize effectivelyNegotiate partnership agreements that drive long-term value for both Find.co and our partnersProject Management & Cross-Functional Execution:Lead the end-to-end execution of initiatives that enable partner success, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Commercial teamsServe as the project manager for the development of tools and products that enhance our partnership ecosystem—coordinating internal resources but not directly building the productProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve partner engagement and platform performanceExternal Engagement & Thought Leadership:Act as the face of Find.co’s partnerships, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential and existing partnersDevelop marketing and educational content to engage and retain partnersRepresent Find.co at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and attract partnersRequirements5+ years of experience in a revenue-focused partnership, business development, or affiliate marketing roleProven ability to drive revenue through content, media, or affiliate marketing partnershipsStrong external-facing skills with experience managing content creators, influencers, and media partnershipsStrong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiativesDeep understanding of the content creator ecosystem and affiliate marketing business modelsExperience in Crypto products or iGaming is a plus but not required
