Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator. This new role will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and the successful candidate will join our growing Finance team.
Working closely with the Finance Manager and the Process Improvement Specialist, the successful candidate will be providing support in the areas of Accounts Administration for the Finance team, along with the administration and support of our Intact ERP system.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
* Cash Management: Counting incoming cash/tills, reconciling all payments to system & processing lodgements
* Filing correspondence, invoice filing, matching dockets to incoming invoices
* Assisting with annual Audit: Providing copy invoices etc for auditors as requested
* Administration of Freshdesk (online support tool for Intact ERP issues and requests) – assigning tasks to staff, running reports
* Providing support to Process Improvement Specialist with the ERP system
* Any additional administration tasks as required
* Complete ad hoc projects as required
Requirements / Qualifications:
* At least 3 years Accounts Administration experience essential
* An interest in IT systems and processes would be an advantage
* Advanced excel skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Be flexible and a team player
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Experience of working in a high volume environment
