Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head of Accommodation in managing the accommodation department efficiently.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the accommodation department in a hands-on capacity.
* Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Ensure open communication with Senior Management.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Accommodation Management or equivalent experience.
* Management-level experience in an hotel environment.
* Focused on standards and attention to detail.
* Organised, efficient, and systematic in work procedures.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to lead and motivate teams effectively.
