Job Description
The successful candidate will identify, convert, and activate new promising partners for a company offering intelligent marketing automation software. In a partner or channel role, this candidate will leverage advanced experience within the marketing technology industry to drive commercial outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Research the market in designated territories to identify target companies for the partner/channel program.
* Evaluate individual companies across specific criteria to judge compatibility and potential for partner performance.
* Establish and develop contact with high-fit potential partners, including agencies, consultants, IT resellers, VARs, software, and white-label companies.
* Lead commercial discussions to discuss joint offers and opportunities, develop a joint GTM strategy, and plan execution.
* Convert potential partners into the official Partner Program.
* Guide partners to define initial target lists of customers and ensure they can position solutions/platforms successfully in the marketplace.
* Set up new partners to grow successfully, guiding them through onboarding, certified consultant programs, and coaching commercially.
* Act as liaison between partners and internal teams, engaging stakeholders to handle partners' needs (Customer Org, Engineering, Marketing, etc).
* Drive activation motions with partners within a 12-month window.
* Cross-functional interaction with internal teams to enhance and develop processes related to partner acquisition.
* Built and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts of all activity, opportunities, and revenue.
Requirements
* Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
* Channel Sales OR Partner Management experience in complex sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of territory and account management, preferably in SaaS & Marketing Technology.
* Experience with self-generated pipelines through close.
* High level of urgency, ownership, and strong time management skills.
* Positive attitude, willingness to try new things, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
* Ability to align technology solutions to complex business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
* Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
* Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally within diverse teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Strong business acumen demonstrated in written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly coachable and keen sense of self-awareness.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU Passport, Permanent Residence/Stamp 4, etc).
