Site Operative Location: Blanchardstown Salary: €34,661 per year + Shift Allowance of €5,199 upon transition to shift work Shift Pattern: Initial Training: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Post-Training: 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) Key Responsibilities: Follow and adhere to all relevant company procedures, policies, and processes.
Execute all tasks in accordance with training and guidelines.
Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and correctly, completing all necessary checks before use.
Manage loading and unloading processes, ensuring products are safe for storage or transport.
Perform Goods In and Goods Out procedures, conducting quality and information checks.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all operations.
Uphold inventory control protocols and ensure materials are organized and secured.
Support the induction and training of new Site Operative staff, emphasizing attitude and culture.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with our company values.
Collaborate with other operational departments as needed.
Ensure the safety and housekeeping standards are maintained throughout operational areas.
Participate as part of the in-house Emergency Response Team, including ongoing training and drills.

Emergency Response Team Duties: Attend all assigned Emergency Response Training (ERT) sessions.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Breathing Apparatus sets.
Actively participate in Emergency Response Drills and respond to onsite incidents.
Ensure that Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) and equipment are kept in a state of readiness.
