Your Responsibilities
* Be Our Data Guru: Analyze HR data from timekeeping to employee surveys and create clear, insightful reports that tell the story of our team.
* Offer Sound Advice: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand reports and presentations, helping our HR Manager make informed choices.
* Streamline and Innovate: Champion the implementation of new HR data systems and processes, making information easier to manage and use.
* Help Build a Great Place to Work: Use your analysis to recommend policies and activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
* Support Our Team: Be the friendly face for employee queries, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
* Welcome New Starters: Organize engaging onboarding and induction programs, setting new employees up for success from day one.
* Ensure We're Doing Things Right: Assist with internal HR compliance audits, keeping us on the right side of the law.

What You'll Bring to the Table
* Solid administrative skills, ideally with a background in Business Administration, HR, or something similar.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* A knack for analysing data and solving problems.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to drive to the location.
Remuneration Package
€35,000 - €45,000 plus benefits
