Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is a stand alone role. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business objectives through effective HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Performance Management & Development: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on goal-setting and career development plans. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation. Manage benefits programs, including pensions, leaves, etc. Conduct salary benchmarking and propose competitive compensation packages. Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring best practice HR. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR audits when necessary. Workforce Planning & HR Strategy: Align HR strategies with business goals to support company growth. Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience. CIPD qualification, desirable Experience in a similar industry (construction, engineering etc) desirable Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and team management skills.
