We are searching for a Store Supervisor to take an active role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. As a key part of the leadership team, you will oversee daily activities, support your team, and maintain high operational standards in line with company policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
2. Work closely with the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening, closing, and staff management.
3. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
4. Assist in managing stock levels, budgets, and sales targets to meet business objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including HACCP protocols.
6. Monitor and analyze store performance, providing feedback and support to team members.
7. Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
8. Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and financial reporting.
9. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication.
Skills:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a fresh food supervisory role, preferably in retail.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
3. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
4. Organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and operational priorities.
5. Familiarity with retail operations, including stock management and sales reporting.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
7. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
