About the Role
Our client is upgrading their ERP system, which will impact various systems across the organization, including operations, distribution, logistics, and finance. We are now seeking to implement other systems around the core ERP system, involving infrastructure development.
We are looking for a senior Project Manager/Implementation Manager who can deliver projects, handle internal and external IT teams, and ensure successful delivery of Systems/Applications/ERP projects. This individual should be comfortable taking control, rolling up their sleeves, and getting things done.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, providing regular updates to project sponsors/executive team, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, etc. A focus on project implementation and delivery, including system automation and upgrades, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end change with a track record of delivery and execution.
* Over 5+ years' experience in project management/implementing ERP systems, Applications, POS, Infrastructure within Retail/Wholesale sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge - systems upgrades, integration, automation, migration, and implementation.
* Strong attention to detail regarding the status of each project.
* Excellent communication skills, including listening, presentation, and written.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including providing regular updates to executive team on projects.
