**Job Title:** Sous Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Beaumont House, a busy family-run pub with a Bar, Lounge, and off-licence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Sous Chef in Ireland and be fluent in English. They must be capable of working in a fast-paced food and drink environment, think on their feet, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, purchasing, and food preparation
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered promptly
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
* Train and supervise junior staff members
* Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently
