Quality Assurance Manager
An experienced Quality Assurance professional is sought to lead the quality assurance function in a global Food and Beverage company's Wexford site.
* Supervise management of customer product specifications, certifications, and product release/grading processes.
* Collaborate closely with operations to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to meet quality assurance needs.
* Facilitate and validate Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) in response to process issues.
* Conduct audits with focus on hygiene, HACCP standards, and preventing deviations.
* Engage in plant audits alongside customers, regulatory agencies, and external parties.
* Lead monitoring of plant hygiene and oversee quality-related change control initiatives.
Requirements:
* Third-Level Degree in relevant discipline
* 3-5 years in Dairy, Food, or Pharmaceutical company, focusing on Quality Assurance or Food Safety
* Certification in Auditing
* Experience with process improvements, ideally from quality perspective, including application of Lean and TPM
* Operational Processes & Continuous Improvement
