About the Role
As an Associate Structural Director, you will oversee project and business area management, including client relationships and team leadership.
You will prepare proposals, ensure quality project delivery, and mentor team members.
This role requires expertise in structural design, risk management, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
* To identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Health & Safety, design, and construction.
* To communicate effectively with the team, senior management, clients, and external bodies.
* To check and verify work to ensure it meets technical standards and is managed within budget and schedule constraints.
Requirements
* A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
* A Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification.
* A member of either the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStruct E) or the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE).
* A proven history of successfully leading large, diverse, and complex projects in the structures discipline.
* Familiarity and experience in the local Belfast market.
